Boland Personnel was established in 2006 by its proprietor, Heather Boland. She has over eight years of experience recruiting for Houston's top law firms as well as Fortune 500 Corporations and Mid-Sized companies. Her prior recruiting experience also includes sourcing Internal and IT Auditors for a Big Four public accounting firm. Prior to entering into recruiting, Heather Boland was a litigation legal assistant for over seven years. She is an active volunteer in the community with the Greater Houston ALS Association and chairs an annual golf tournament that raises funds for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Boland Personnel's unique recruiting efforts continue to achieve and establish lasting relationships among its candidates and clients. Through direct recruiting efforts, networking and referrals, we have been able to provide exceptional service.
